Nicky Dou was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas and has resided within Northwest Arkansas for over 30 years. A valedictorian graduate of Springdale High School, she was actively involved in sports, cheerleading, student leadership programs and was Homecoming queen. She also holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where she was an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
Nicky and her husband Jerry enjoy a wide variety of what this area has to offer. Whether its boating on Beaver Lake, riding ATV’s and camping in the Ozark National Forest, enjoying Dickson Street's live music or attending an Arkansas Razorback or "The Naturals" athletic event, these are the countless reason why Nicky and Jerry call Northwest Arkansas Home. Nicky is happily married to Jerry Dou and has a beautiful little girl, Madison who will turn four in January! Nicky began her real estate career just out of college in 2001 at Harris McHaney Realtors. Soon she became the top selling Realtor in her office and felt she needed a change. Nicky and Jerry Dou owned and operated "Element Realty Group" for just over 2 years in the Northwest Arkansas area. Element was a "boutique Real Estate company". Nicky loved her company but felt she could offer her clients more with a big name backing her. In November of 2007 Nicky joined forces with Century 21 Exclamation Realty and just this year - Nicky made a move to Century 21 Exclamation Realty located at Village on the Creeks in Rogers. Nicky hopes to stay at Century 21!
